We keep our pricing fair and transparent—no hidden fees. We charge a simple hourly rate of $60 plus materials and provide estimates before starting any work. We also offer bundled pricing for bigger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick chat to understand your needs, then schedule a time that works for you. Once on-site, we walk through the project together to make sure we're aligned, then get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jake has spent the last 10 years renovating homes, learning every trade from his mentors along the way—from carpentry and tiling to plumbing and painting. Everything we know comes from hands-on experience and problem solving.
