I had a vacant house that needed to be cleaned before listing with a real estate agent. I requested that the walls and floors be cleaned, baseboards, refrigerator, bathroom and basement/garage swept and windows cleaned. Carol's rate was very reasonable. Her communications were timely. She and her partner arrived as scheduled. I let them into the property and left for work. They contacted me when they were close to being finished and I returned back to review their work and pay them. The house looked fantastic.The refrigerator was showroom floor clean. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. It was worth every penny. I would recommend them to anyone. We actually got an offer on the house the first day it listed...in part thanks to the wonderful job Carol and her team did.

Carolyn and her helper did a great job. I had a few years worth of mostly just household trash not suitable for my private garbage service, I'm in the county. They were prompt, friendly and quickly loaded it. I'll happily call on her again if I have need for her services.

Good, but NOT great. Did not clean my kitchen table, nor do a very good job of cleaning carpet and hardwood floors.
