Introduction: 1st: I am not a clown or a comedian. I do have an excellent sense of humor, though, and love to laugh. I have spent the last four years as a wedding officiant and realize the importance of making your wedding day a glorious one. I do understand the importance of great customer service. I would’ve chose all of the qualities that this man had he was very patient understanding very helpful. His patients and waiting on the bride and the groom were awesome. He pitched in while waiting to help with a little of decorations that we were trying to move from one place to the other because of rain, his patient was outstanding. We were so very late but with his understanding knowing he had another wedding to do, he went to the very last minute that he could and completed our very special day with a smile and a thank you, and we appreciate everything that he done.

We were so thrilled to have him officiate our wedding. He was on time, he was so kind and generous. He made us our own certificates, wrote a beautiful sermon. And he was so accommodating. My great uncle passed who was supposed to officiate for us next July. He was buried on our family farm. So we wanted to still incorporate him. So we decided to get married on the farm with uncle Mike so that he could still be apart of it. Preacher Harrison was so amazing to do this for us. We are so blessed to have met him. And we asked him to officiate our July wedding as well. He was so amazing and God sent.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My $175 fee includes the trip, once, within 30 miles of Kingsport.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My 1st objective is to listen closely, and take notes. I prefer to plan for a great day, instead of hoping for one. I will develop the script, based on the needs of the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best training for a wedding officiant is experience. Every wedding is different. My 20 years in customer service has taught me to be open minded, and flexible with ideas.
