- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with absolutely no surprises. We charge a standard $59 dispatch fee to send a professional out to your door, but we completely waive that fee or take it right off your bill if you have us do the work. You will always know exactly what the job costs before we ever turn a wrench.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we get your information and schedule a convenient time window for us to head your way. We will let you know exactly which technician is coming, and they will shoot you a message when they are officially on the way. Once they arrive, they will look things over and go over different options that fit your home's needs and budget. From there, we will either do the fix right then and there, or we will be on our way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of skilled, licensed, and insured plumbing pros who have spent years working in the field, and we are always actively continuing to learn. We keep our skills sharp with specialized professional credentials, including a state Septic System Installer License. We are also Delta certified, hold water filtration certifications, and just completed the latest A.O. Smith training. We make sure we stay up to date on the best techniques so every single job is done safely, cleanly, and right the first time.
