Although we were unable to have the work done as soon as I had hoped, Tennessee Standard said that they would work with me - unfortunately things changed and the work was unnecessary. I would certainly call upon them again in the future.

The team of Peter and Daniel arrived today to actually do and complete the job that Robert had done the assessment for a few days ago. They were equally as thorough and and professional as Robert was! Peter explained thoroughly what they would be doing today, and was very considerate in letting me know ahead of time when the water or electric service would be off during the job.Daniel was friendly and polite as well, and they seemed to have a great working relationship as a team!Robert was hands down one the the most professional, patient, and detail oriented servicemen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!I appreciated the considerable time he took to explain in detail what would need to be done to remedy my multiple plumbing issues.He made sure I understood each step or option.
