Had a couple other companies come out and give me the run around wanted to fix stuff that wasnt even broken. Third time was a charm called Hot & Cold Air they were very professional and thorough and only did what needed to be done. Would recommend for all you Hot n Cold needs

Great experience with Hot&cold Air! Very informative and spent time explaining the system to me from the type of filter to the thermostat and how to get a rebate. As a single woman Tristan (the owner) made me feel very comfortable and not stupid for not knowing about my system. Highly recommend! Their admin was also very efficient in letting me know when they were gonna be here. Great support staff!

    We have a standard service call rate (Comfort Check Fee) and repairs and installations are quoted as flat rate including all applicable labor, material, and taxes.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Residential. commercial, property managers, landlords, and more.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure the HVAC contractor they choose is licensed by the state. The state does not require licensing unless doing jobs over $25K which means there are a lot of unlicensed people the area. These people also advertise as licensed when they only have a city business license or certification.
