I rarely if ever post reviews but hot and cold deserved 5 stars. First, I called a larger company in the area and was told they could get out in about 6-8 weeks. Tristan came out same evening, serviced my units and flushed the drain lines. He told me there was a clog he got to pass that could need future attention. Weeks later it came back and I called them expecting to leave a message at 6:15 pm but my call was answered. He was at my house at 7pm, eventually ran new drain line and worked well into the night solving my issues. They will be my first and only call in the future.

What a great company! From initial contact on the phone to meeting with Tristan. Awesome. Kaelyn in office helped with explaining services and programs. She got us on the schedule quickly and Tristan arrived on time and really took the time to talk with us about any concerns. I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

We have a standard service call rate (Comfort Check Fee) and repairs and installations are quoted as flat rate including all applicable labor, material, and taxes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential. commercial, property managers, landlords, and more.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the HVAC contractor they choose is licensed by the state. The state does not require licensing unless doing jobs over $25K which means there are a lot of unlicensed people the area. These people also advertise as licensed when they only have a city business license or certification.
