About
I'm a CompTIA, Microsoft and iCracked certified technician studying Information Security at the University of Tennesse, and I have been working with computers and mobile devices for almost a decade. I won't send your machines to a mass facility to be processed by faceless people who won't give your devices the respect and attention they deserve. I do all my repairs personally, using cutting edge Anti-Static protection and high quality tools. I carefully inspect and certify every repair to ensure that you walk away with a fix that lasts. For as long as I can remember, I have loved taking things apart and putting them back together. As a professional, repairing computers, cell phones and tablets is a life-long joy. While every product is theoretically identical, in my experience, they are all unique and optimum servicing requires careful attention by a trained human eye. There is nothing more satisfying to me than giving a broken machine this attention, and restoring it to working order.

Brandon was incredibly diligent and most certainly a professional to work with. We encountered a few minor problems on the outset, none of which, though, were Brandon's fault, and he handled the situations with great aplomb, providing updates every chance he could in order to keep me in the loop. I never for once doubted his skills--in fact, once he received the parts necessary to fix my laptop, he was able to do so with seemingly rapid speed. What's more, his services are very cost-efficient and his dedication to computer repairs and maintenance go well beyond any initial service problem(s) you may be having with your computer, but he wants to ensure the entire functionality of your computer is better than it was before he fixed it. He genuinely cares about his job performance and insists on the highest quality of service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

We have had Brandon do several different jobs at our house. When we first got internet, none of the technicians that we had come to the house could get our computers to connect. Brandon had out computers on the network in two hours. He has done big jobs like working on frozen computers, and helped us to do small jobs like backing up hard drives. He is a man of integrity and cares about the work that he does. I can definitely fully endorse him.

My iPhone 4S encountered a continual restart problem. Brandon knew the steps to diagnose the problem and was very expedient in fixing it for a very fair price.

Brandon assisted me with my laptop on two occasions. He is very thorough and solved the issues I was having with a program and a freezing problem. I highly recommend his work.

Configured my network to work across my large house with another router. Would recommend in the future.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Baseline for any intensive repair (requiring machine to be opened up, and replacement of parts) is $50.00. If a repair is non-intensive (requiring only operating system and software changes), the baseline is $25.00 After that, I charge $25.00 for every estimated hour of completion. A charge is added for any parts or tools necessary to complete the repair. I offer a 10-15% discount to customers who agree to leave a review after the repair process is complete.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I talk on the phone with new customers to discuss options, and settle on a price. I then order any necessary parts, and meet with customers personally, and take their machines to my personal residence for servicing. As soon as repairs are completed, I meet with the customer and have them verify the repair is to their satisfaction before accepting payment.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

CompTIA A+ certification Microsoft Technology Associate iCracked iTech certified Information Security study at UTK
