- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat rate pricing, so you know the cost of the work before we begin. There is no hourly guessing or surprise charges. Pricing is based on the scope of work and is reviewed with you upfront. We proudly offer senior and military discounts as a thank you for your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you contact us and explain the issue you are experiencing. Second, a licensed technician arrives on time and performs an on site inspection. Third, we explain the problem and present clear repair or replacement options with flat rate pricing. Fourth, once approved, we complete the work efficiently and professionally. Finally, we walk through the repair with you, answer any questions, and leave the area clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed and insured and receive ongoing professional training. This includes plumbing systems, drain and sewer diagnostics, safety standards, and modern repair methods. As part of the 1 Tom Plumber national network, we follow proven processes and continuing education to stay current with codes and technology.
