Chase is so motivating and really makes each workout fun. In every session we have he challenges me in a new and exciting ways. Chase is committed to my success even when I'm not haha! He even made me a meal plan to follow each week which I feel has been a major asset to my weight loss. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a trainer :-)

Before I started my experience with Ace, I had been working out for nearly 9 years, maintained the same weight and couldn't achieve the gains I wanted to see. When I started with him he brought the intensity and determination I lacked, pushing me to my limits every time and within a few months I had gained over 10 lbs of muscle and my strength improved drastically. I felt like i could bench press a small car everytime I hit the gym. Awesome Trainer!! I would recommend to anyone who is serious about their Gainz!!!

Chase has been great setting realistic and challenging goals. He is always available for questions and help. He is motivating and encouraging. I enjoy Chase as my personal trainer.

Truthfully I've worked with all kinds of personally trainers but chase colemans approach was amazing. Face to face. Communication and staying in contact with me to help me stay accountable and challenge me was great. Text reminders, email examples and talking me through different exercise and proper food planning boosted my morale as I was challenged and encourage to continue my new life as an active adult and gave more motivation to me as I lost my first 10 lbs.
