Introduction: I create workouts based on a customer's needs. I use Pilates, cardio, and strength training to help a client meet his or her fitness goal. I never train the same way twice to provide muscle confusion, so my client will not be bored. I offer 30-minute training sessions, 15-minute warmups and 15-minute cooldowns in the comfort of your own home.
