Good Day was prompt, communicative, and their knowledge inspired confidence in selecting their team for a high lift installation. Additionally they provided competitive pricing and solid name brand products compared to other local companies, making it a no brainer.Their install tech David was a pleasure to work. He showed up early and was flexible working around some of the large existing garage equipment. His professionalism and experience of at least 2 decades was evident.The entire operation of the new door is quiet, smooth. It works as it should and it gives a lot of peace of mind to my wife and I. I had two service calls with them - one fora garagedoor opener and another for a rubber seal replacement and spring adjustment and both times they were very responsive and professional for a reasonable price. Will hire them again if I have issues with the garagedoor.

Cable came off its roller. Our garagedoor wouldn’t open or close. American Pro came out the same day we called and did a phenomenal job.
The best in service, knowledgeability and friendliness.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we can help you over the phone and give you some pricing or answer any questions you have we will do that. Otherwise, we will schedule a time frame that work for you and send a technician who can fix the issue while he is there. We do have same day service guaranteed for any calls before 2pm.
