Our garage door stopped working so I needed to get it repaired. I had never used a garage door company so wasnt sure who to call. I always like to use someone local. I found Good Day Garage Doors. I went on their website and scheduled an appointment. I was immediately called and was asked what issues I was having. We agreed to schedule for the next day at 9 am. I was text the morning of for a reminder of my appointment. I was also called by the technician (David Genrik) when he was on his way. David had it repaired in no time, he was very professional, and represented the company very well. As someone who has been in customer service most of my work career I have high expectations, so Im not easily pleased. I have to say I have zero complaints about how Good Day Garage Doors and David Genrik treated me as a customer. I also received a phone call the day after asking how my experience was? The lady I talked to was awesome! We were on the phone for a while with a great conversation. Good Day Garage Doors is exactly what other companies should strive to be!

I had an excellent experience with Good Day Garage Doors especially Ori and Gina. They were swift with a next day appointment. Ori came out to fix my garage doors, and he truly went above and beyond. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue, but he also reached out to his network of people to ensure the job was done right. He took care of a few extra things that werent even required of him, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he managed to eliminate the annoying squeaky noise coming from my garage rails. Great service, very professional, and highly recommended! Going forward, I only want Good Day Garage Doors working on my garage.

My husband & I had been without one of two garage for months. So we opted to use Angi's List and Good Day Garage Doors called within a matter of seconds. I answered an of course the most friendly lady Gina was on the other end. She set me for consult in a matter of days. It turns both our of garage doors were in bad shape. When Eric came back to install the garage doors, he was very professional, did great work and didn't rush through the job.I called Gina a week after the install, cause there was problem with one of our garage car remote. So she scheduled to have Ori come the next day.I hope this helps everyone know how great Good Day Garage Door. Their first choice for us.

If we can help you over the phone and give you some pricing or answer any questions you have we will do that. Otherwise, we will schedule a time frame that work for you and send a technician who can fix the issue while he is there. We do have same day service guaranteed for any calls before 2pm.
