We had a great experience! We needed the springs replaced on our garage door and found Good Day via an internet search. We have needed garage door repairs in the past and didn’t want to go with the same companies who we used in the past. Good Day answered the phone on the weekend, had availability within 24 hours, and price estimate was reasonable so we made our appointment. Ori arrived early or on time and we were notified that he was on the way. Ori did a fantastic job of explaining what was wrong and replacing two springs for us. The only issue we had was that we were quoted for one spring and needed two so the final cost was higher than we originally expected but that was only because we didn’t ask about needing two springs.

Our garage door stopped working so I needed to get it repaired. I had never used a garage door company so wasnt sure who to call. I always like to use someone local. I found Good Day Garage Doors. I went on their website and scheduled an appointment. I was immediately called and was asked what issues I was having. We agreed to schedule for the next day at 9 am. I was text the morning of for a reminder of my appointment. I was also called by the technician (David Genrik) when he was on his way. David had it repaired in no time, he was very professional, and represented the company very well. As someone who has been in customer service most of my work career I have high expectations, so Im not easily pleased. I have to say I have zero complaints about how Good Day Garage Doors and David Genrik treated me as a customer. I also received a phone call the day after asking how my experience was? The lady I talked to was awesome! We were on the phone for a while with a great conversation. Good Day Garage Doors is exactly what other companies should strive to be!

Good Day was professional from start to finish. They replaced two single garage doors with new, fully insulated doors. They included new roller tracks and vinyl trim. One of our opener motors is not centered due to some pipes, and they created a custom bracket on the spot to ensure proper operation. Their staff was all very nice, punctual, and service-oriented. My husband & I had been without one of two garage for months. So we opted to use Angi's List and Good Day Garage Doors called within a matter of seconds. I answered an of course the most friendly lady Gina was on the other end. She set me for consult in a matter of days. It turns both our of garage doors were in bad shape. When Eric came back to install the garage doors, he was very professional, did great work and didn't rush through the job.I called Gina a week after the install, cause there was problem with one of our garage car remote. So she scheduled to have Ori come the next day.I hope this helps everyone know how great Good Day Garage Door. Their first choice for us.
