Scott seemed like a good guy with decent prices, I spoke with him briefly on the phone and he gave me an installation price and I agreed to it, I had been burned just days before by another carpenter, Meanwhile my frig, stove,ect is sitting in my dining room so I was desperate to just get it done and done right by an honest dependable person, I tried to nail down a day and time for him to come look at my floor, I asked Scott can you come look at it today ? tomorrow ? he said maybe? The next day I sent text messages just requesting when he would be available or just confirmation he would install the tile within the next week and/or weekend, No response? I called him the next morning he answered I said two words and click he hung up on me, I called again got his voice mail, left a message, No response, I ask him when we spoke the first time why there were no feedback? He said he's not been on Thumbtack very long,
