Lakeview Home Improvement built a 5 foot tall fence for my backyard for the purpose of fencing in some new pets. Nate responded immediately to my inquiry on Thumbtack and came out to my house the same day. His estimate of work was specific and clear, and the final invoice did not vary from the estimate - in other words, he did what he said he would do for the price he said he would do it. While work was ongoing, Nate checked with me at least at the end of every day to update me on the progress of the work and to see if I had any questions or concerns. The final work product was high quality and exactly what I wanted. These guys know that they are doing, are fair and honest, and will get the job done. I will be looking to hire them again for other projects.

Nate Burkett is a pleasure to work with and a master carpenter. He managed extensive repairs to damage to our home’s wooden paneling and the painting of the 40 ft high decks both effectively and efficiently. Nate was even able to track down the family workshop that had made our custom paneling for replacements. We were also impressed with the work on filling damage done by carpenter bees and woodpeckers on our front porch. Will definitely call again for any additional work.

I hired Nate to help with designing and installing a mantel. I texted him pics of some that interested me and asked for a quote. He got back to me within a half hour and was able to help me figure out what I wanted with some computer sketches he did on the spot and we texted back and forth. He’s super creative and collaborative. He’s professional. Project was completed in 2 weeks. He’s neat. I would not hesitate to use him again.
