- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally - I come out and do a bid on site where I can review everything that needs to be done with you - or at least have emailed/ texted/ talked to find out what is needed and go out to review. Then once price and details are agreed upon I do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up on a farm which is about the best education you can get for property maintenance of all kinds, inside, outside, and how to fix all of the equipment you need to do the work :) I also managed a Garden Center for five years where I learned about many plants and the best growing conditions for them. I also have 12 years experience doing landscaping, I started in GA in 2004.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with businesses like Outback Steakhouse, Providence Bank, as well as several individuals and families. We also chose someone each quarter to donate services too that others can nominate - which is always a pleasure whether they are disabled, elderly, or just dealing with a temporary situation, it is awesome to bless someone with a yard clean up or whatever they are in need of.
