Neal did an excellent job of wall mounting 2 TV's. One above fireplace mantle and one on wall of a guest bedroom. I will be using him for future projects - next for Installation of ceiling fans in 2 different rooms. He also diagnosed an issue with an existing ceiling fan in the living area as needing a capacitor replacement.

The Good Samaritan did a great job installing a ceiling fan and dining room light. He also gave me some tips on how to fix a door handle that was wearing down. I would definitely hire him again.
Wonderful experience working with Neal. I would have checked all five. He came up with a plan to repair an older custom sunroom door which was very unsightly. The damaged areas look new again. We will definitely hire him again.

This is our second time using Neal. Again, he exceeded our expectations. He does always fantastic job. This time I contacted him on Friday night, and he was able to come out early Saturday morning. Thirty minutes before his scheduled time, he let me know his ETA. Very kind and considerate. Will use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. I do good work, so I don't lowball. I also want to be reasonable, and since I dont have a storefront , my overhead allows me to keep prices down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I bid on their lead. If they accept it, I schedule the project. It's not rocket science. And then threat them as a friend
