Sorry you were unhappy with our conversation. When you called me, you didn't realize who were calling, and i thought you were someone else. (Lucy didnt call, i believe it was her husband). First, you told me other pros had responded, but none would come out. Then you said in the review that you came up as an opportunity, which was not true. This was a direct lead. After we cleared up both of our confusions, we discussed what you needed to be done. In fact you added some other things to the list. We confirmed a time for me to come out on our call. I apologized for the confusion. You indicated all was good. I asked you to send me a text with the confirmation date/time and address for the project. The conversation ended on good terms, or so i thought. Several hours later you responded with this. I am not sure if Lucy or the husband wrote the review, but it was certainly not reflective of the call we had.
