We like for customer to think that the pricing for the job is fair. We like to do our absolute best on each job, so that we can leave the customer satisfied with the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer we really want to communicate on what cleaning they would like for us to clean and if there are any specific places we should focus on.
We also like to ask what kind of cleaning produce they prefer and if they want us to us our own cleaning products or their cleaning products.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done house cleaning for over 20 years. In between those years we have also done commercial cleaning and post restaurant construction cleaning.
