Wellbeing and Ability is a single member LLC serving the Knoxville Metropolitan area primarily in Knox and Anderson Counties. I help older adults, individuals with disabilities or chronic health conditions, and their families navigate care needs, accessibility challenges, and home-based supports. I provide home accessibility and organization services to create safer, more functional, and easier-to-manage living spaces. My work focuses on reducing clutter, improving daily flow, and establishing practical systems that support independence, comfort, and peace of mind. Services are tailored to each person’s needs, whether you are aging in place, living with a disability, or managing a life transition. I support individuals and families during times of transition, increased care needs, and caregiver stress. My work focuses on helping people navigate care decisions, reduce overwhelm, adapt routines to current abilities, and improve the safety and accessibility of the home environment to support independence and function.
