Scott was outstanding. He was able to find all the original pins except for one which he gladly plotted and placed for no extra charge! I am anxiously awaiting the plot map. It truly was a great experience to have him survey my property.Apr 2, 2017Verified

There is a minimum price for a parcel of land that is 1/2 acre or less. The unit rate per foot depends upon the type of terrain. Elevation Certificates depend on scope and size of project with a minimum of $425. Construction survey is priced at $90 per hours. Expert Witness Services is $90 per hour with a cap of $400 a day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? All land surveyors are required to obtain 15 hours of continuing education every year to maintain there license to operate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I spent 12 years in the U.S. Army as an intelligence analyst. When I exited the military I got a desk job as a C/C++ Programmer. I missed being outside so I decided to get licensed as a land surveyor.
