I really liked the flyer that Russ sent me. I was very impressed. However, we agreed on an 8:30 appointment for today (Saturday) and as I write this it is 9:39. I have not seen or heard from Russ. He has my phone number and said he would call if he had any problems. I am very upset that he has not shown up or contacted me.

As I am new to Thumtack and the contact method used, I did not get the required address and phone number to finalize the appointment and did not have Christy written in my appointment book. I have apologized and offered to reschedule.
