I actually did not use Emanuel's landscape as my plans changed a bit. But he did come out to give an estimate and was very punctual and courteous. The job would have been to plant some cypress trees and I could tell that he was qualified to do the job. I will consider contacting him again if needed. At this point I have no issue in giving a 5 star rating based upon the interaction.
