- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the 50 minute session. I charge $10 less in the morning hours than the evening hours as an incentive to get more clients in during the daytime since there are only so many appointments available in the evenings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to a family therapist with my mom when I was about 16 and the man did not listen to me at all and pointed the finger at me as the cause of all of the relational issues. I decided that day that I wanted to work with children, teens, families, and couples to make sure that they feel heard and supported.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with them on communication, expression of feelings and needs, anger management and conflict resolution, increasing intimacy, and moving forward.
