Marcus was very knowledgeable and thorough concerning what needed to be done to fix my mother's toilets. Each of them had different issues. One needed all of the inside parts replaced while the other only needed the flapper I believe replaced. I'm not knowledgeable about the names of the parts or diagnosing what needed to be done, but thank goodness Marcus was. He made sure we were satisfied with the repairs and even returned to check on a leak concern with one of the toilets which was handled by making an adjustment. It's been quite some time since these repairs were done and everything is still in great working order. The one that had all of its parts replaced was out of commission for a long time. My mother was so grateful and pleased that she cooked Marcus a slap of her great tasting ribs as an extra thank you to show her appreciation. I would highly recommend him for your repair needs.

Marcus is proficient in such a wide variety of things! He cleaned up my laptop, built a gorgeous gazebo and hung perfect gutters. He has an eye for aesthetics that I’m a little jealous of LOL He’s always punctual, well organized, needs minimal direction and no suoervision. He’a a trustworthy, professional, honest, genuinely great guy. I intend to have him paint my kitchen, if I can ever get it clean enough. Marcus was very professional and provided an actual PDF quote and additional paperwork that no one else even mentioned or offered. That really impressed me considering I was only asking for shed assembly. He was very responsive, prompt, and personable. I have since asked him to help me accomplish other projects around the house. It is hard to find reliable, honest, and reasonable help these days and Marcus’ attention to detail was very much appreciated!
