Al and Aly are such amazing and genuine individuals. The compassion they have for their work is more than amazing. I couldn't have been any more blessed with them to do our wedding photography. The attention to detail and how Al listens and captures every shot that you want is something that every bride would want. He will go above and beyond to get everything perfect for you. I will always recommend Mile Marker Images. Thank you all again for capturing the best day of my life.Jan 27, 2016

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We ask for a phone call but prefer a face-to-face meeting. We are determining if the client is a good fir for us; just as they are trying to determine if we are a good fit. We must know their wedding date to avoid scheduling conflicts, they must let us know if our price point is aligned with their budget. We share specifics of what we offer, why we are unique and ask for client's photographic priorities. Once we both agree we are a good fit, we ask for a deposit to hold their date. They have 30 days to shop and compare. At the end of 30 days, if they don't choose us, then we refund half the deposit. We keep half because we have removed them from our calendar so we can't shop that date. We rarely have folks find a better value and better fit. After the 30 days we talk about next steps as it pertains to their wedding day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I belong to Professional Photographers of America (PPA). I take 2 classes a year on various topics to keep me fresh. I am classically trained as an architect and have a graduate degree from an Ivy League school - Univ of Pennsylvania. I understand lighting, spacial sequences and emotions on a very high level. I have study emotional intelligence. It's this that allows me to be on point for wedding photography as I watch, follow and capture the emotions of the day.
