We are a full-service highly experienced team of investigators. We have been providing investigation services in East Tennessee for 18 years. We have many satisfied customers. We service private individuals, lawyers, insurance companies etc.
We enjoy receiving cases and getting results. Not all investigators are the same. Having a license does not ensure that you are proficient in your field of work.
Why dont we have many reviews here? Most of our work is confidential and the end user does now want to publicize that that they hired a P.I.. so we do have reviews and recomendations, just not on this site

By way of background, I am a retired Deputy Chief of Police, Chief of Detectives for the second largest city in Colorado and had over 100 investigators under my command. After retirement, I became faced with a missing relative in another state. After filing a missing person report with the local police, I decided to retain a privateinvestigator (PI). I retained the services of Britten Investigations who assigned the case to Detective Jodi Bond. Det. Bond conducted a thorough, very professional investigation which resulted in obtaining information which led to location of my relative. I am very impressed with Det. Bond and would have been proud to have had her in my Investigations Bureau when I was “on the Job”!

I needed assistance locating an individual whom had abandoned their obligations to me. The Britten investigations team were able to locate the individual and provide information for my legal team. They were thorough, efficient, and professional.

Each case is different, hence the reason there is not one standard price

I have been a State Licensed Private Investigator since 2005. Since then, i have performed many hours of education.
