What To Expect Smart Start Consult (15 Minutes) We begin with a short, strategic phone call to understand your goals, timeline, and the best path forward—whether you’re buying, selling, or exploring land. Follow-Up Appointment After the consult, we schedule a longer meeting tailored to your needs: Sellers: In-home property evaluation Buyers: Office, coffee shop, or virtual meeting Remote Clients: Virtual consultation or independent property review Agreement and Onboarding Once you’re ready to move forward, we complete the necessary representation paperwork so I can fully protect your interests and guide you with clarity. Strategic Plan and Action Sellers: Listing preparation, pricing strategy, marketing launch, showings, and the 10-Day Offer Guarantee. Buyers: Property search, land and home evaluations, and a clear acquisition strategy. Under Contract When an offer is accepted, I lead you through every step—negotiations, inspections, due diligence, appraisal, timelines, and coordination with all required parties.
