Job was completed and Im satisfied. The only issue I had was that this is a company and they "Dispatch" their workers to each call. I originally thought I was dealing with an individual. That being said I scheduled my appointment for 8am in the morning and got the confirmation call at 7:45. My phone was on silent and I did not pick up the call, but I did return the call within 15min and no body answered the phone, I called the same number 3 times before I listened to the voicemail the technician left me which directed me to call the "Home Office" to where the lady on the phone told me that since I did not answer the phone I "Lost" my place in line and that they would not come out at 8am as I scheduled. So that was kind of frustrating but the job got done and Im happy with the work.
