Upfront and quick, took care of my sink drain issue immediately. Expensive, like plumbers are, but the completeness paid for itself. Appreciate the communication and responsiveness of these guys.

Couldn’t really say I was impressed that much about any of HEP qualities. The worker that dug the trench and replaced the pipe (Justin), was very good at his job. The backhoe was the only piece of equipment they had they could really depend on. Day one was over and I was asked for full payment and they were not complete. Their clean-up was minimal. I cleaned the tractor mud off of my driveway. They came back on day two, landscaping was really poor in my mind, they threw some grass seed and then some straw on top of clumps of muds mixed with some large rocks...saying to me it will settle. I will not recommend HEP to anyone nor will I hire them again. The three is for getting my drain in the basement flowing again at too much costs for the effort and finished product.

Job was completed and Im satisfied. The only issue I had was that this is a company and they "Dispatch" their workers to each call. I originally thought I was dealing with an individual. That being said I scheduled my appointment for 8am in the morning and got the confirmation call at 7:45. My phone was on silent and I did not pick up the call, but I did return the call within 15min and no body answered the phone, I called the same number 3 times before I listened to the voicemail the technician left me which directed me to call the "Home Office" to where the lady on the phone told me that since I did not answer the phone I "Lost" my place in line and that they would not come out at 8am as I scheduled. So that was kind of frustrating but the job got done and Im happy with the work.

In my experience, HEP has given below average to excellent quality of work. I guess it depends on the tech who is providing the service. Responsiveness needs improvement. All of the techs are super nice.

They came out the same day to do a septic tank inspection. Very knowledgeable and professional.
