- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Veterans and Military discounts. We typically charge a dollar amount based on how much square footage of glass there is. We carry a wide variety of window film and some films are more expensive than others so this will effect pricing. We have very affordable films as well as some of the most expensive ones as we cater to every budget and need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally have our saleswoman come by and show you every sample that would be a good fit for what ever the situation calls for. If your main issue is privacy, we will typically offer one way window film or decorative film. Large bay windows in bathrooms are typically decorative film and we offer a huge variety so we can provide you with the right level of privacy, pattern and color. If glare is your main issue, we will show you our darkest films that help with cutting the sunlight. If you want to reduce the heat in your home, but would like to still let the light in, we have several light ceramic films that are very easy to see through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has completed tint school training and has over 8 years of experience.
