- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are quoted individually.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give us a call, we will take all necessary information from you and schedule a free estimate at the jobsite. Unless it's something we have to figure with extra work to be done you should receive a written quote that day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed and insured we could build your home if we wanted to. We have a engineer on staff to help with more complex projects. We all pass tests through shingle/siding/window manufacturers to ensure you your project is being installed per manufacturer's guidelines.
