- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At FLOW Roofing, we run a lean operation. This allows us to keep our overhead low and to pass on our efficiency to customers in the form of competitive pricing. You will see one of the three owners at your home during every appointment. That means no extra middle man sales people and no telephone game of information to the installers. We provide a smooth, well-priced path to success for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new customer is simple. 1) Contact FLOW Roofing and we will coordinate a time for one of our owners to come visit you at your home. 2) We will identify your home’s needs through an inspection of the problem areas both inside and out. We will provide you with a video supported explanation of the issues and a stress-free path to success. 3) From there, we schedule an installation date and resolve your issues exactly how we said we would. Our projects require no money upfront: we only take payment after the work is done and you are 100% satisfied. That's how much we believe in our processes and end results!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of combined contracting experience and more than a decade exclusively dedicated to roofing. We have been educated with extensive training and hands-on, job site experience. We know that customers with roofing problems are in a vulnerable spot and need to be treated with care. That mindset cannot be taught or developed; rather, it is a feeling of always doing what is right for those who need help.
