RIPPED OFF!!! I chose this company because they gave a 6 month warranty & seemed extremely professional. I needed a leak fixed & chose them even though they had the highest quote. I was assured in writing, if there was any issue with leak they would come immediately & try to correct. I paid for the higher quote because the warranty was necessary due to a complicated issue with a leak, flashing/chimney/roof. They acknowledged this was a difficult issue & they would probably need to come back a few times. I was impressed by their honesty. But have been extremely let down! One number has been disconnected. I've called other numbers & left messages numerous times with no response. The one time someone answered my call, he said he would look into it & call right back. This was 4 weeks ago with no response. At this point I have to assume they're avoiding this project & waiting for warranty to end.

I was actually the person who you first spoke to when we set up the appointment and I hadn't heard anything since regarding further issues.
