Jason with Smart Homes of East Tennessee did a superb job for me today. I bought a new router, but couldn’t get it to work. Jason figured out that the problem was actually with my modem, and once I replaced that, he got my internet up and running again. Not only is he very proficient, but he was able to get to my house the day after I contacted him. I highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts on multiple services. We travel anywhere in East Tennessee, but locations over 50 miles away may be subject to a trip fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have completed over 1000 security installations. We have multiple technicians that specialize in TV mounting and IT.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What security needs are important to me? Cameras are great for catching vandals and documenting attempted break ins, but do nothing to get help sent to you. We offer multiple options, but we never pressure our clients.
