I do not work by the hour I charge based on the job and difficulty irrigation services start at $45. For a full tune up.
Please look through the photos provided I do A lot more then handyman work there are photos of full bath remodels and additional rooms added into basement including adding bathrooms. As well as deck renovation and installation irrigation services and landscape lighting as well.
I am honest and detail oriented and get the job completed properly the first time.
I have worked in all phases of construction I have always enjoyed working with my hands and rebuilding broken things.I have been around construction my entire life.

Mr. Hipples contacted me back quickly. He worked with me on the time , and was professional . He hung a lot of pictures for me and put this vanity together that looked like it was in 150,000 pieces . Was glad to have him and my vanity looks great !

Paul responded immediately to my request! He was available for the job less than 24 hours from the time I submitted it! I needed some maintenance done prior to an upcoming home inspection as I am currently selling my home, so having the work done ASAP was greatly appreciated. Paul used excellent materials and only charged me what he paid for them. Handled a wide variety of jobs including poison oak removal, updating plumbing under the kitchen sink, and even replacing some old and clunky toilet seats. Would strongly recommend. Thank you!!

I charge a $65 fee to set an appointment. Depending on size of job.
My estimate includes the cost of materials as if you went and purchased them yourself I add a labor fee and we come to an agreement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact within 10-15mins, Once agreed on what time and where I estimate the project and we agree on a price usually I am available to do the job same day.
