- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $65 fee to set an appointment. Depending on size of job. My estimate includes the cost of materials as if you went and purchased them yourself I add a labor fee and we come to an agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact within 10-15mins, Once agreed on what time and where I estimate the project and we agree on a price usually I am available to do the job same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
