My husband and I had to change our plans regarding the extent of the job (re-organizing a large storage unit and disposing of trash from the unit) the day before the job, and Preston was very flexible about that. He was on time, and he and his assistant worked diligently and efficiently. Preston also made excellent suggestions about how we could best re-organize the items in the storage unit. We will engage T&M again, the next time we have a similar need.

Very polite and nice and helpful. He helped us out. We had trouble with the mattress. He stepped in and helped us without us asking, and it wasn't even one of the things he came here to fix.
