Daniel responded to my search for a concrete company to prepare the site,form, install gravel ,rebar for a 2000 square foot concrete slab.I am very happy with the results of the job.He was very good at responding to phone calls and texts in a timely manner.He showed up with his crew when he said he would ,even though this job site was a two hour drive.Him and his crew were very skilled at using both skid steers and excavators for site prep in a confined space without hitting anything.They did a good job installing the large rebar grid.There were seven skilled workers the day of the pour, did an excellent job finishing the concrete ,removing forms and cleaned up the site.Him and his crew were easy to work with and I would recommend Alaniz Elite Concrete LLC to someone needing skilled concrete work.

They did an absolutely amazing job! I couldn’t be happier with their work. Not only were they professional, but also incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Daniel is so creative—he came up with most of the ideas himself to make everything not only look beautiful but also stay within budget. I had a fantastic experience working with Alaniz Elite Concrete! They were incredibly quick to respond to my request and came out the same day to give me a quote — and even started the work right that same day. His pricing was very fair, and he showed up on time and ready to go. He was professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Not only did he take down my two magnolia trees efficiently and grind the stumps down, but he also made sure the entire area was cleaned up before leaving. Despite being ESL, Daniel is the best written communicator we’ve worked with. Hard worker, attentive to customer wants and needs. Can get and manage as many workers for the job/day as needed. Extremely productive for the time committed. Quality work as well. As with any contractor, frequent communication during the course of the job will result in the best outcomes.
