We had Chef cater a bachelorette party for 11 of us. It could not have been more perfect!!! Every ounce of every thing was perfection! He brought his own dishes and cleaned everything up and when we ran out of ice he sent his nephew to bring us some! He went above and beyond in every way! It all looked like it came out of the Moates of a magazine and tasted like it came straight from food heaven! Wonderful job, highly highly recommend!! We will see you again Chef, without a doubt one of the beat food experiences I have ever had!

Adam was an excellent choice for our daughter's wedding. He was quick to respond to questions and willing to work within our budget for our desired menu. I received multiple compliments on the food which he prepared much of it onsite. The food was flavorful, fresh, and generous portion sizes. He even chipped in and did other tasks that were not his job when we needed extra help with last minute issues. 'Flexible' and 'generous' are two words that describe Adam. Thanks to him and his team for a great evening!

Chef Adam was great! He assisted me with the planning of my wife's 50th anniversary. The food was great! The theme was Mexican food. He prepared a variety of appetizers, a main entrée and fried ice cream for dessert. He even made margaritas! We certainly will be using him for any future events! Hats off to Chef Adam! Adam is absolutely amazing!! We had him cook for my sister’s bachelorette party and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He’s very easy to work with and so flexible. He was a great communicator before the event, showed up promptly, and made a delicious meal. He brought his own dishes, served us, and cleaned up for us. I would highly recommend the fried ice cream!

Chef Adam responded promptly to my request for a personal chef for my wife's birthday dinner. He was extremely helpful in helping round out the menu I had in mind. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the food, as well as some little extras he added in that were very appreciated. He did an amazing job and I will definitely use him for future events.
