My experience with McKinley Tax Services was fantastic! She was professional, flexible, very responsive, transparent, answered my questions, and heard my concerns. Hope was great! She sent us a detailed checklist so we could be sure we had all the documentation we needed and made the process so simple. We weren't able to drive to her office so she worked with us via email - so easy!
Also, she didn't overcharge us! She was almost half what some others were charging. Great service, great price. I'll definitely be using her next year.

My prices are very reasonable. Once you become a repeat client I never increase your fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a time either in person or over the phone so we can get to know each other and how my process works.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had tax preparation training through HR & Block and Drake Tax Company. I take CE courses annually to stay up to date on all the tax changes.
