- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we use a flat rate pricing system, which uses cost averaging to best set firm ,up front pricing before the job starts. we never charge extra over what is up front quoted, even if the job requires more time and parts than what was originally estimated at job Start. your quoted price is exactly what you pay. all Veterans and seniors will recieve 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we prefer an in home consultation, so we can put eyes on the issue, identifying make and model, or type of plumbing system needing repair and its accessibility helps in determining the overall cost of the job. If job is less than 4 hours in duration, we can do those jobs same day. jobs requiring longer hours or specialty parts may need to be scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we are state licensed as plumbers, we are certified in backflow testing, as well as Rinnai tankless level 4 trained repair technician.CSST certified gas line installation technician. we continually attend seminars and vendor education classes to stay on top the ever changing modern plumbing field.
