My experience with Chef Dave was incredible! I had Dave come out for a private lesson for me and a friend. Dave told us to bring the kinds of foods we wanted to cook. We had asked for help with knife skills and cooking healthy foods. He told us he had several ideas for lean proteins like chicken and fish and lots with vegetables, and he did not disappoint! We hit the ground running - Chicken piccata, braised chicken, and pesto salmon, roasted beet and goat cheese salad with lemon vinaigrette, roasted butternut squash, and wild and brown rice! And I learned how to hold use my chef knife, how to cut beets, butternut squash, a whole pineapple, a mango, and how to mince shallots and garlic! I have been so inspired by the lesson. I am so excited about what I have learned. I still feel inspired! Thanks Chef Dave!
