FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have complicated pricing. Some services (that are always the exact same) are set prices, while others will vary depending on what problems could arise or maybe it turns out to be totally something other that what was thought to start with and we can always "work-out" a price with the customer and if we feel anything is going to be different than our original quote after actually seeing what is to be done, we let the customer know at that moment , before we even start, what would cause any change in $ and what the actual price would be and come to an agreement before job is even started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's a kind of work-in-progress kind of thing. If we run across something that we are not familiar with/or haven't done before, we always educate ourselves on the subject (either on our own -or through dealers we deal with on regular basis that are very familiar with it and get their advice/instruction)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved it because it's always something different and it gives us a sense of accomplishment with each job we finish knowing we've done an awesome job and that the customer is totally satisfied. Even when I did clerical work, years ago--I always done this type of work on the side & decided this is what I wanted to do full time.
