- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to "pricing" I tend to work with my client to see what he/she wants then we come to a conclusion. So in the end it will be fair.

I constantly use Google to help me better myself in this type of curricular.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Grooming, walking, playing, feeding, nail clipping ( if necessary ), and brushing teeth. ( for the animals not the owners )
