I had such a great experience with this company! My hot tub water quality had been giving me issues for a few days, and a technician came out and fixed everything perfectly. He was incredibly respectful, kind, and took the time to explain what was going wrong and how to prevent it in the future. You can tell he really cares about doing a great job and making sure the customer is happy. If you need any help with your hot tub, I highly recommend this company — professional, reliable, and genuinely great people to work with! I’ll definitely be using them again.

Don was wonderful to work with. He communicated everything he was going to do and what he recommended for our pool pump. Very professional and very responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend him and hopefully others in Leipers Fork will use him too because he commuted a distance to work on my pool. Thank you Blu Pools and Don for such great work!!
