Great work installing electrical plugs. Also, removing very dangerous plug over my sink. New install of 2 outdoor plugs on sides of my house and new install of a porch light/wiring. Worked very well, didn't waste time getting started and very professional. I would recommend and absolutely hire again.

We are still using Brad Thomas for various projects at the house we recently purchased. He has already begun reconstruction of a separate outbuilding which requires warmer weather for the concrete base and completion. He has completed creating and welding a perimeter steel railing around a large deck area, also reinforcing and repairing parts of the wooden deck that needed it. He has repaired and relined a fish pond in our entry area, correcting a slow leak that was entering a downstairs room. He is now installing new flooring in our guesthouse, having removed the old, buckled up linoleum. The job included adding new subflooring, installing a baseboard heater, reworking various electrical and plumbing and adding basebord around the various rooms. He is adept at carpentry and drywall. Weve found his work to be high standard - and done the way we ask it to be done. When he is not sure about how to proceed in any particular area he discusses it ahead of time with us. He does his best to stick to budget and estimate and is willing to work with whatever ideas we come up with. We will continue using Brad in the future.

While renovating a newly purchased home we hired J.D. and Lynn initially just to do a portion of the renovation but because of their skill and professionalism we ended up having them do a lot more. They removed a load bearing interior wall, removed acoustic ceilings, installed new lighting, electrical switches, wiring, and ceiling fans, painted, removed mold and repaired dry wall. They will also be installing a new toilet and vanity for us in the near future. There were several delays with the project on our end and they were very willing to work with us on our timeline to get everything done as efficiently as possible. They were upfront about pricing, and of the several quotes we got theirs was very reasonable. They had lots of suggestions to help us make design decisions along the way and even found us a vanity when we couldn't find what we were looking for. In addition to all this they are friendly people that we enjoyed having around. We would absolutely hire them again for future projects.

Greg was here over 3-days, installing GFIs throughout and replacing an old fuse panel with circuit breakers. Greg was professional and reliable, which already sets him in a class above most contractors around here. The work was done thoroughly and properly, so I was of course pleased with that. The bill was reasonably close to the original estimate. I would definitely call to do business again.

This was a GREAT experience. When hiring a contractor we all worry if we are going to get the work done properly, on budget and on time. With Sosa and Sons, we got all three beyond expectation! Robert Sosa brings a wealth of knowledge unlike any other contractor we have hired to do home projects in the last ten years! He was so competent, organized the project well, his crew was efficient and cleaned up each day as if they had not even been there. The project came in under budget and in less time than expected. We had old cast iron pipes replaced and an old shower repaired that had not worked in years. I would like to stress again how clean the crew left our home. We are now hiring Sosa and Sons for another project to repair some electrical issues and install a new light.

Jeremy was very curteous and professional. He called to let me know he was running 15 minutes late and arrived exactly 15 minutes later. I had him run new wiring for can lights, replace bar light in the furnace room, fix a couple of outlets, and fix a bar light in my garage. He took time to take care of every issue and suggested lower cost options, which was much appreciated. I would hire him again and recommend him to any of my friends.

All I can say is WOW!!! William responded quickly, went at look at the job quickly and did the work right away. He quoted a price before seeing the work and honored his price even though project required a little more work (electrical re-wiring due to safety hazard). I would highly recommend him and will be using him again very soon. As a person who schedules trades all day long for a living throughout the US, not only is being able to do the work important, but also trusting individuals to go into our vacant properties. Thank you again William!

I hired Jason Boring last summer to remodel my master bath. He almost single-handedly performed all the necessary work, from demolition to finish. The result is a bathroom of my dreams. Jason is an expert in all aspects of remodeling; his attention to detail, especially in tiling, has resulted in a room that I proudly show to anyone who comes to my home. Jason was dependable and was always here when he said he would be here. I plan to hire Jason this spring to remodel a small guest bath, install light fixtures, and some other upgrades. I look forward to working with Jason on these projects. Anyone who hires Jason can be sure of a job done right!

My wife and have had such a great series of positive experiences with Sitara Electric that we finally realized we should submit a Thumbtack review. Sitara Electric has done so much work for us over the years. They are always reliable, refreshingly honest, highly skilled and professional. We have found them to be reasonable in their prices. On top of all this, they are quite personable- friendly, courteous, respectful, from the dispatcher, the master electricians, and the boss, Eddie. When we put in a new kitchen, they did the high hats and the wrap-around outlet strip along the the counters and cabinets. They solved a safety problem I had by installing an indoor motion detector to light up my stairs at night to protect me from falling, and outdoor motion detectors for the driveway and walkway. Eddie installed a new control panel only when we actually needed it. One time a storm knocked out local power for days, and Eddie brought over an emergency generator and installed it on the spot. We are so grateful to Eddie & crew.

About

We are a full-service electrical contractor doing residential and commercial projects for all your electrical needs. The 22,000-watt Guardian series home-standby generator is the largest air-cooled, home-standby generator on the market. Not only does it deliver all the features and functionality customers have come to expect from the market-leading brand of home-standby generators but also with an MSRP that is the lowest cost per kilowatt of any air-cooled home-standby generator; it provides whole house coverage for many homes. Our price includes installation and materials for installation. I am a licensed electrical contractor and master electrician with 30 years of experience. I have been installing whole home generators for the last 15 years, installing over 200 a year. My installations exceed National Electrical Codes. Do not trust your installation to just anyone. I do the following: - 22 KW with 200 amp ATS service rated transfer switch installation -- $6499.00 - 16 KW with 200amp ATS service rated transfer switch installation -- $5749.00 - 11 KW with 200amp ATS service rated transfer switch installation -- $4949.00 - 16 KW with 100amp ATS service rated transfer switch installation $ 5249.00 Homeowners can invest in a home standby air-cooled generator size that used to only be available in much more expensive, liquid-cooled models, giving them the lowest cost per kilowatt available. Your Guardian series generator might have to get you through days or weeks without utility power. Generac's OHVI engine, specifically designed for generator use, provides the reliability to power through the most severe outages. True power technology provides best-in-class power quality with less than 5% total harmonic distortion. It means clean and smooth operation of your sensitive electronics and appliances. Evolution controller is the next generation of intuitive controllers featuring a multilingual, 2-line LCD text display with color-coded, backlit buttons, and third-party certified to NFPA standards to be installed as close as 18 in. from the home's exterior wall, provided it is located away from doors, windows and fresh-air intakes and unless otherwise directed by local codes. When combined with a Generac smart switch, re-engineered connection points and composite mounting pad that eliminates the need for a poured concrete base (unless specified by local codes), the Guardian series 22,000-Watt generator is easy to install in areas with low, natural gas pressure. The Guardian series 22,000-watt generator can operate on natural gas pressures of only 3.5 in. of water column. Our durable powder-coat finish helps make the sturdy, all-weather aluminum enclosure corrosion resistant, making it ideal for coastal, salt-air climates. It's also able to withstand 150 MPH winds. Switch between natural gas and LP fuel in the field in a few seconds, without the need for any tools. Thanks to quiet test, your Guardian series 22,000-watt, home-standby generator runs its weekly self-test at a lower RPM for only 5 minutes; it's quieter than other brands and consumes less fuel.
