I help people to drop weight and feel and move better. I train fit ladies that are looking to be challenged and improve there strength and skills. I coach young people on parkour and athletic movements. I coach guys on how to build more lean muscle and break their fitness plateaus. I like to train anyone who wants to be challenged and build an advanced bodyweight skill set.
