- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are approximate and are subject to change according to the session requirements. Generally we discuss budget, details of what is required such as travel or props, the set the budget. Every shoot is different and just because the budget is set doesn't mean we can't come in under budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every customer we have a one on one to discuss the project details. This can be done in person, via Zoom, Facetime, or simply via telephone. New customers are required to provide a CC# to hold your session. All Clients: If the session is cancelled within 72 hours of the shoot a $100 cancellation fee is charged.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with artists, photographers, and videographers for over 20 years. Just being around it, working with the software and grabbing a camera now and then I have developed the skill over time.
