Introduction: 23 years in aviation from being a pilot to air traffic controller, we have a pretty good grasp on aviation regulations and the safety aspect. Also with that experience comes attention to detail, customer service, and pride in producing a quality product and service. Blue Nose Aerial Imaging of Memphis is a full scale drone service provider that provides quality imagery for real estate (commercial and residential), property mapping (centimeter accuracy) for construction or survey, roof and infrastructure inspections, golf course management, etc. We are able to perform thermal imaging as well. We will be certified as a Level 1 Thermography drone specialist next month.

Patrick recently performed a drone service for my church. We are considering utilizing some of the additional property. He provided aerial shots of the entire property and the portion we may utilize. I mentioned to Patrick that we needed a new roof and he also provided close shots of the worst areas. I think this will be very useful to a roofer to see. Patrick also took photos of our property. These, too, were excellent. They will be very useful to us personally and to our church as we move forward. We usually like to charge by the hour as it is the best value for you the customer. We offer packages as well for larger projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to message via email - mainly so that we have the information available to remember what it is the customer would like. Our short term memory is awful :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
23 years in aviation. I have been a pilot (non-airline) for all 23, air traffic controller for 13, and drone operator in some capacity for 15. I am almost done with my Thermography Level 1 certification and half way done with a Masters in Aviation Safety.
