- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing. Everyone is different and has a different budget. I can work within most budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive an inquire, I first send over my catering menus along with photos of previous events. I then invite the guest into the restaurant to have them try some menu options and discuss what I have to offer and gather information about what they are looking for.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began at Babalu at the first Babalu, in Jackson MS, I started as a hostess, then server, then trainer, and a couple other titles before I became the Catering and Event Manager. I Babalu is a passion for me, I joke with others that I bleed our signature color Orange.
