I have trained with Christen since 2010. Initially, I wanted to drop 10 lbs. Reaching that, my goal became gaining lean strength and better agility. Christen developed a program to build my core muscles, increase my endurance and improve swiftness. I gained confidence to compete in obstacle races such as Warrior Dash and Tough Mudder. I'm trilled with the results from the hard work and Christen's guidance. I recently completed a Tough Mudder event with my daughter's college rowing team; at the end, my daughter said, "Dad's a bad ass!". Christen also helps me with muscle tightness and race recovery. She incorporates yoga and pilates for muscle flexibility. Most recently, she has added Trigger Point therapy to my routine. If you have a goal or just want to feel better, Christen can help you. She is very knowledgable and invested in her clients results.
AJ is a great trainer. When he say no weights nor running he mean it. This guy makes the training session fun and intense. I saw great results and I am toning up and losing those pounds. I love his training methods. I was maxing out at 185 on the bench press and after 30days with AJ I am maxing out at 225 only during body weight and my cardio has increase.

As an older person I have had trainers that have been too agressive in spite of my request to go slower. Rodrigo is great. He started me off slowly and worked me up to improving cardio and muscle. I recommend him to all my friends He is the BEST
