I made my request short notice by calling on a Friday needing carpet cleaned ASAP and the owner Mr. Holmes responded in 5 minutes. He offered Sunday at 8am which was perfect and was on even early for the appointment. Mr. Holmes is very professional with reminders of your appointment and keeps you updated on when he is on the way which I think is very professional and also kind. The carpet looks BEAUTIFUL!!! I will be using them again if needed and will refer to family and friends!!

Holmes Clutch Cleaning was very responsive and made sure that he understood exactly what I wanted done to my vinyl floors. I was so pleased with the results and I’ll be using them again for future cleanings. I appreciate them for being able to service me before the holiday weekend and before my new furniture arrived. He arrived about 10 minutes earlier than stated time and completed the job in the time frame that was given to me.
