Was very responsive to all forms of communication. Arrived on time and very professional. Cleaned 3 rooms of carpet in about 40 minutes time using the wet method. Carpet was dry to the touch when they were through. Spots were all gone, high traffic area could have used more attention but it is passable- It is good enough that we will hire them again. The cost was very fair. No complaints.

I made my request short notice by calling on a Friday needing carpet cleaned ASAP and the owner Mr. Holmes responded in 5 minutes. He offered Sunday at 8am which was perfect and was on even early for the appointment. Mr. Holmes is very professional with reminders of your appointment and keeps you updated on when he is on the way which I think is very professional and also kind. The carpet looks BEAUTIFUL!!! I will be using them again if needed and will refer to family and friends!!
