Daniel came and set up my network from scratch. It’s a new construction so the cables were run but nothing was labeled or terminated. He spent the entire day tracing and terminating cables all over the house then set up my network. He was courteous, communicative, and very professional.

My laptop had problems with Windows 10 ... Turn around time - fantastic! Cost of repair - similar or less than competitors. Professionalism - works out of home - doesn't bother me where work is done. Work quality - laptop works like new! Communication - 100%

We met, Confirmed my Diagnosis, Ordered the needed part, all done well and efficiently. He went a bit above and beyond trying to fix it for less. But we wound up replacing the defective module.

I had recently downloaded Windows 10 replacing my Windows 7 OS. The computer began to freeze about 10-15 minutes into a start. I took it to DAJ and Danny did a complete "wipe" of the hard drive and reinstalled Windows 7. I'm back up and running full speed.

If I could select all five attributes I would, but it’s not allowed. I had a couple of issues with Google Sites I could not figure out and Daniel came to my rescue. It took a while, but he got the job done and was worth every penny. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. If you have any website or computer problems Daniel is the man to call. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Onsite visits start at $60.00 minimum-$125/hour depending on the issue or if after hours or emergency support is required. Drop off pricing for RAM upgrades, basic cleanup, hard drive replacement, virus removal or operating system install/repairs range from $60 - $140 in most cases. Parts not included*** Discount pricing on Antivirus and Malware Security Protection and Microsoft Office Products, Antivirus installation, Carbonite, - $20 installation fee + cost of software package (numerous discount options available) For business contract support, individual support needs will be addressed after evaluation of support level needed.

I usually call to get additional project details and schedule and onsite visit to analyze the best solution in person.
